Short description: Access to Disease Emergence Observatory field sites in Burkina Faso, with technical assistance and/or training.
Services offered:
- Field site access with technical assistance for research on disease emergence and epidemics requiring collection of insect vector, animal or other ecological samples for surveillance of vectors, arboviruses, parasites, natural viruses and viromes, etc, with or without user physical presence.
- Field site access with technical assistance for pilot field trials to evaluate conventional and innovative vector control interventions.
- Field site access for theoretical and practical training in the design and implementation of a surveillance program for arboviruses, including the collection of samples (vector, animal or ecological samples), laboratory analyses and the interpretation and presentation of results.
